Overall Services fell below expectations. Negative: Subject: Disappointing Experience Despite High Expectations in Dubai I was surprised by the overall experience during my recent stay, particularly given that this property is located in Dubai Mall Square, a city widely recognized for its hospitality standards. Based on my previous visits to Dubai, daily housekeeping is a standard expectation, particularly given the price level of the property. I also requested an extension in advance, which was confirmed. Despite this, staff repeatedly knocked on the door, indicating a lack of internal coordination and causing unnecessary disturbance. Furthermore, although the property is advertised as being close to Dubai Mall, it is not directly attached and requires a noticeable walking distance. This can be particularly challenging for families with children and for elderly or senior guests. Finally, the tone of voice used by the staff member during a phone call was unexpected. The interaction did not reflect the level of respect typically associated with hospitality services in Dubai. Overall, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations for a property in Dubai Mall Square, and I found it inconsistent with the welcoming culture the city is known for.

Terrible Positive: The location Negative: It was one of my worst experiences with a property I booked via booking.com and I have booked many many properties in the past. Communication was alright but cumbersome. Took me quite long to check-in and you had to pay a security deposit in cash! No hotel or apartment requires that these days! The unit was decent but horrendously dirty. There was faeces left on the seat of the toilet bowl, there was stale water left in the kettle, there was so much hair and dust everywhere. The washing machine was so dirty that I could not use it. Nice location and property on the outside but when you are dreading returning to the apartment everyday, that speaks volumes. It had a beautiful balcony but when the tables and chairs in the balcony were covered with bird poo and cigarette ash from the previous occupant, you know the property or host does not care. At this price, there are many many other properties in Dubai to consider. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Poor property management and probably my worst experience to date.

Positive: Nice and clean apartment. Muhammad, the host, was very helpful. It's right in the middle of downtown and next to Burj Khalifa. Will definitely stay here again next time.
