Positive: Its a new building with good ammenities. Apartment is moden. Burj Khalifa view from all the rooms. Beds are comfortable. Negative: View is overhyped. Its not a side ways view of fountain and burj khalida. Other Airbnbs in this area have better views. Location marked on Booking.com was wrong. The name of the building is also not correct. There were no instructions how to connect to wifi, or lock the main door. No wine opener in the apartment. Apartment is very small. Location is terrible. The traffic in this area is terrible. It can take hour to get out of this area. Over priced. Not worth the money and pain. The only good thing is the Watsapp contact replies promptly.

Perfect place with easy access to the downtown area. Positive: The best was the location. Perfect unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. Negative: Nothing. It was exactly as described.
