We were contacted at 11 am and we were asked to leave the room immediately, although the agreed and announced check-out time is 3 pm, i.e. four full hours before the appointment, which is unacceptable and does not comply with the most basic standards of hotel service. In addition, the communication style was unprofessional and lacked the tact and respect due when dealing with guests, which caused us unnecessary discomfort and embarrassment, and ruined the rest of the stay. He was supposed to deal with us in a more respectful way and clarify the matter calmly if there was any confusion, rather than pressing and demanding to leave before the specified time.
